Orders placed between 15th November 2025 and 24th December 2025 can be returned until 10th January 2026.
Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Standard return terms apply after this period.
Please note that, as always, returns for earrings are not accepted due to health and hygiene reasons.

We aim to dispatch all orders the same working day via Royal Mail.

Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 am – 5:15 pm.
Orders placed before 4 pm Monday – Thursday, or before 2 pm on Friday, will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the next working day.

All parcels are fully tracked and insured. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using the Royal Mail International Signed service.

All international orders are dispatched the same working day where possible, and tracking details will be emailed once shipped.

Estimated delivery time is within one week.
