For the time being delivery to the UK with a gift box is free of charge. International delivery has been reduced for a limited time to only £4.95 (tracked)
To customers in the UK we send all parcels via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded takes 1-2 days. However in most cases it arrives the very next morning. International customers we send all parcels via Royal Mail International Tracked. Safe and reliable. For details delivery times by location, please contact us.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
When shopping online we fully expect that not every customer will be happy with their order. For this reason we offer a quick and easy 30 day return policy. As long as the jewellery is in its original packaging and condition, you are more than welcome to send back to us.
Simply contact us and we will provide the return address with instructions. You can contact us on the tab at the foot of our website. Alternatively we have a chat pop up on the site or we can be reached through any of our social media pages.
We process refunds the day we receive your returned parcel. It normally takes 1-3 days for the money to appear back in your bank account. However its normally within 24 hours. Exchanges we also process on the day and will normally arrive the next day in the UK and normal arrival times for international customers.
As mentioned above, you have 30 days to send back with no fuss for either a refund or replacement for the correct size.
The quickest way to find out your ring size is to get measured at a local jeweller. Alternatively we sell ring sizers for only 99p and is extremely accurate. Please use the search bar to find. Our staff are always available to help if needed. Sometimes a simple size conversion is all thats needed.
Placing an order
We accept all Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro debit & credit cards. We also accept PayPal. Fancy splitting your payments over 3 months. You can now order any item on our store with the simple to use Klarna option at checkout. If you need help with this please contact us.
We employ regularly updated encryption technology to make sure your card details remain secure during the transaction.
We never store your card details. The main account number is retained securely and encrypted for a short period, in case we need to refund money to your card following any returns sent back by you.
We only show the last 4 numbers of a card on your order confirmation and despatch note so that you can identify which card you used to make the purchase, which helps us if you need a refund.
