Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note due to hygiene reasons this does not include earrings

We aim to process returns within 1-2 days once received.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

All orders will be shipped on the same working day via Royal Mail. Recorded and special delivery are available so please chose the desired method at checkout. Tracking numbers will be provided once the item has been shipped. Please note that we close over the weekend so all orders will be shipped on the next working day.
